Website monitoring for people who don't speak website

Know what broke on your website — and exactly how to fix it

SiteHealth checks your website every hour for the silent failures that cost you customers — broken contact forms, email going to spam, failed payments, expired SSL, slow pages — and explains what broke and how to fix it in plain English.

The failures that cost you customers show no error

Your site looks fine. That is exactly the problem — nothing on the page tells you these are happening.

Contact forms that never arrive

Your form says "Thanks, we got it!" — but the email never lands in your inbox. You never know, because silence looks exactly like "no one contacted me this week."

How we catch it: We fill in your own contact form with a clearly-marked test message, then watch a real inbox to see if it actually shows up.

Your email going to spam

You reply to a customer and hear nothing back. Your quote is sitting in their spam folder because your domain is missing three DNS records.

How we catch it: We check SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and read the spam-check results on the mail your own site sends.

Payments that quietly fail

Your checkout is running on test keys, so every real card is refused. Or your order notifications stopped arriving, so people pay and never get what they bought.

How we catch it: We look for test keys on a live site, secret keys leaked into your page source, and whether your site still refuses forged payment messages.

How it works

  1. 1

    Paste your web address

No account needed for the first check. You get a health score in about twenty seconds.

  2. 2

    Prove the site is yours

One copy-and-paste line unlocks the deeper checks — the ones that submit your form and probe for exposed files.

  3. 3

    We watch it every hour

When something breaks, you get an email that says what broke, why it matters, and how to fix it — in plain words.

What a report looks like

No jargon, no scores you cannot act on. Every problem gets three answers.

Broken

Your contact form never delivers

What this means
Your contact form said the message was sent, but nothing arrived after 10 minutes — customers who write to you are getting silence.
Why it matters
This is the most expensive kind of failure: the form looks fine, so you never know you are losing enquiries.
How to fix it
Ask your developer to check the mail settings on the form. Most often the site sends mail with a From address it is not allowed to use, so the mail is silently dropped. Using a proper email account for your domain fixes it.

Common questions

What does SiteHealth actually check?

We check whether your site loads, whether your security certificate and domain are about to expire, whether your contact form really delivers email, whether your email is set up so it does not go to spam, whether private files are exposed, how fast your pages load, and whether search engines and AI assistants can read you. That is more than twenty checks, every hour.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. That is the whole point. Every problem is explained in one plain sentence, followed by why it matters to your business and step-by-step instructions. If a step needs your web host or a developer, we say so and give you the exact wording to send them.

How do you test my contact form without spamming me?

We send one clearly-labelled test message through your own form, addressed to a private inbox we control. The message says it is an automated test and asks for no reply. We only do this on sites where you have proved ownership.

Will your checks slow down or damage my website?

No. We send at most one request per second to your site, we obey your robots.txt file, and we give up after fifteen seconds. Our checker is named SiteHealthBot and you can see its addresses on our bot page.

Why do I have to verify that I own the site?

Some checks touch your site more directly — submitting your contact form, or looking for files that should not be public. It would be wrong to do that to a site that is not yours. Verification is one line you paste into your DNS, your homepage, or a small file.

Is the free check really free?

Yes. You can check any site five times an hour with no account. A free account adds one site monitored daily. Paid plans add hourly checks, the deeper checks, and the AI-written fix instructions.

I built my site with an AI tool. Is this for me?

Especially. Sites built with tools like Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit or Wix AI look finished but often ship with a contact form that goes nowhere, test payment keys, or a config file anyone can download. Those are exactly the failures we look for.

What happens when you find something broken?

We email you straight away, unless it is during your quiet hours and the problem is not urgent. Urgent problems always come through. You can snooze anything for seven days, and we email you again when a problem is fixed.
