Monitoring for the failuresthat show no error.
SiteHealth checks your website every hour for the silent failures that cost you customers — broken contact forms, email going to spam, failed payments, expired SSL, slow pages — and explains what broke and how to fix it in plain English.
Why this exists
Most website problems announce themselves. The page goes blank, or an error appears, and you fix it.
The expensive ones do not. A contact form that stops delivering looks identical to a quiet week. Email that lands in spam looks identical to a customer who did not reply. A checkout on test keys works perfectly for the owner and fails for everyone else. These faults can run for months.
Existing monitoring tools were built for engineers and answer the question "is the server up?". That is the one question these failures always answer with "yes". SiteHealth asks the questions a business owner actually cares about, and answers them in words that do not need translating.
How we work
- We check from outside, like a visitor. There is nothing to install on your site.
- We are polite: one request per second at most, we obey robots.txt, and we stop after fifteen seconds.
- The checks that touch your site more directly only run after you prove you own it.
- If a check cannot finish, we say so. We never turn a failed check into a passing score.
