Privacy policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
We collect the email address you sign up with, the web addresses you ask us to check, and the results of those checks. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train anything.
What we store
- Your account: email address, name if you give one, password (stored only as a one-way hash), time zone and notification settings.
- Your sites: the addresses you monitor, and the results and history of each check.
- Free checks: the address checked, the score, and the IP address that requested it. The IP is used only to apply rate limits.
- Security records: logins, failed logins, and blocked form submissions, so we can spot abuse.
What we send elsewhere
To run some checks we send your site's web address to Google (PageSpeed Insights and Safe Browsing) and to public DNS and domain registry services. To write fix instructions we send the description of the problem, and technical details of that problem, to Anthropic's API. We never send your password, your customers' data, or the contents of your inbox.
Email we send
We email you about your account and about problems found on your sites. You can turn finding alerts off in your account settings. Account emails such as password resets cannot be turned off.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you logged in and one to protect forms from abuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
Check results are kept while your account is open. Free-check reports are kept so shared links keep working. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; we then remove your personal data and stop all checks.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@health.sitestats.dev.
